i´m stuck the blueprint doesn´t appear
i´m in the chapter 5 after i build the robot in the inventor´s lab

What I'm asking is what is the blueprint called, or what do you need it for, or where does it appear in the tech tree? I don't know which blueprint you need.
You say you already have the Inventor's workshop, so I imagine you're not talking about the blueprint for the Inventor's workshop. And you already built the robot.
Is there a particular quest you're working on?

The only blueprint i can remmeber the inventor giving out is the airship

AH! OK, dang... Yeah, I think the Inventor is giving you an airship blueprint. He probably handed it to you wherever you were standing, and it's easy to get lost. Look around for the blue and white sparkly star effect that marks where the blueprint is... It might be at the base of a building or behind/under something...
