OK, so, here's my opinion:
The camera rocks. It's VERY high quality, and has a cool feature set in the dashboard. In games where it's supported, it's going to be quite nice, and we're hoping to support it wherever we can, though it may not make it into Swat.
I'm buying one.

I just read today that this is PC compatible as well, which intices me a bit more to buy it. If TotemBall ends up being pretty cool, it will be worth it for the $80 option, since I get that year of Live.

I got on a deal @ amazon for the camera. It was 59.99 for the best bundle. 10 bucks more than a year subscription, and it comes with a bunch of cool things.
@Stay: Still calling it Swat?

Yeah, but this will renew it a whole year, so you don't have to worry about it for a while.

My year subscription overwrote my free one (came w/Premium at launch). Don't know if they changed it but it sucks that you only get one running at at time instead of adding on. Guess so they can always up the prices on you.

What I'm asking is will it count as my free year? I might let myself become silver after I expire and then use it.

Totemball: Yeah, I've played it once. It was a little awkward, but I plan on giving the demo another chance.
Camera: Here's my first experience: I turn on my xbox with the camera attached, buy UNO (specifically so I can experience the camera play - it was unbought until now), and jump into a game. It takes a while, because people keep kicking other people out when they join lobbies. Finally I just create my own game, and click click click 3 people join. One of them has a camera. And he's got a friend with him, and they're swearing up a storm, flipping everyone off, and one of them eventually moons the camera. Great. I get to see somebody's butt about 2 minutes into my first camera experience. I bailed on that game and filed complaints.
Argh.
I have (or "had") such high hopes. Maybe if I'm just playing with friends...
Do any of you actually have your cameras yet? I might need to do friends-only camera games for a while...
