About John: The future is still unwritten. John is very independent in spirit and has a ton of energy and ideas that are way too much for a regular day job to contain. He worked with NinjaBee's support on Clyde but had full control over the design and art and technology. At this point, John is working at the NinjaBee offices and helping out with other projects, but we're all very open-minded about the future, and who knows how it will turn out on upcoming projects? Even if he's not officially assimilated into NinjaBee, we were all very happy with the results on Clyde, and we'll keep working together in the future.

John is on these forums (as "Kenworthy"), so he can certainly chime in here any time. Unfortunately, he's moving this weekend and probably won't check the forums for a couple of days.

Of course, there are a few others of us who could speak somewhat as to what the future (hopefully) holds for J. Kenworthy Games...but we don't say anything because we've been sworn to secrecy under threat of mutilation and death.

However, I will say this: If what we have in mind comes to fruition...

...we will BLOW YOUR FREAKIN' MINDS!!!!! :D

Well, that's the hope at least.

Of course, Wahoo is filled with other phenomenal talent besides J. Kenworthy Games and great things are bound to come in my humble opinion.

metacritic gives a 79 Average for all the reviewers.
and 80 for the user reviews. (both out of 100)

gamerankings has an
80 for the average.

Good job.
I'll have someone else update the main page. :)

Hey, awesome. Thanks! I'd been checking GameRankings but not Metacritic. GameRankings was around 83 earlier. I guess we got some lower reviews. :) The same thing happened on Kaloki - we were above 80 for a while and then dropped to settle at 79.

Kaloki is 78 on Metacritic and 79 on GameRankings.

(yay!)

Official Xbox Magazine - 8.5

Although I can't link to the review since it is in a magazine, it says some great stuff, like...

"Playing as hybrids and clones adds fresh variety"
"Wacky humor and animations are amusing"
"You'll get lots of enjoyment out of your $10 (800 Microsoft Points) - and that's a formula we would like to see cloned."

So...when are we gonna get our minds 'sploded? And should we be looking here at NinjaBee for info about J. Kenworthy Games and their latest projects or is there also another site to keep an eye on (i.e. incessantly hound with release date questions)?

In other news, I updated it Zee, no worries. :D

And I added the OXM stuff as well...too bad no link for that. :(

@ stay -- do you want me to cull all those metacritic/gameranking reviews into that top post?

@Lunar: Whatever you think is best and have the time for!

Yep, you should check these forums for more future info about J. Kenworthy stuff. Probably nothing any time soon, though...

I can be patient. Who am I kidding?

But really...Tell John (and crew) take your time, do it right, and follow through with all that "Blow your freakin' minds!" talk...

I forgot to mention that Major Nelson mentioned Clyde is the last *two* blogcasts. And he was *very* complimentary...and keep saying "it's just FUN". If I get some time I'll not the # of the cast and the timestamps.

Also, here's that link to the Ross Erickson interview on Joystiq where he really heralds NinjaBee and Clyde: http://www.joystiq.com/2006/07/25/joyst ... -erickson/

OK, a couple more things:

http://www.xe360.com/article.php?artid= ... &comments=

I don't think we have that one yet.

Also, I did a podcast thing with GamerTagRadio.com:

http://www.gamertagradio.com/vbportal/m ... tit&lid=70

And apparently we're mentioned in the latest podcast here:
http://www.allgames.com/radio.asp?show=gamerandy

But I haven't listened to that myself yet.... Just throwing this stuff in here so I don't lose it...
