Most likely because the registration confirmation code is beyond infuriating. If you are going to use a case sensitive code then you have to plainly distinguish between capital letters. A "v" compared to a "V" look basically the same if you alter the heights of the letters.
After two runs of attempts ending in too many invalid confirmation codes in too short a time I personally have given up on registering.

Yeah, it took me forever to register. I just got to vote now. We have 4 votes which puts us at 13th right now. It should be fairly easy to move up though if we can get more votes as a bunch of games are fairly low.

I registered and voted for BoB. It didn't ask me to enter any code, I just had to click the confirmation link that they instantly sent to my email. BoB doesn't really stand a chance of winning but at least it's getting some votes. Last time I checked, BoB had less than 5 votes and the leaders had 45+ votes.

meh whatever the result we still know BOB is awesome (my friends decided to get it already and hes getting his 360 for christmas so he hasn't even had a chance to try it yet but still thinks its awesome just from finding stuff out about it)
