Is there a way to change the resolution or play the game in a window on the pc version?

Yes!

If you navigate to the folder where BoB was installed (by default C:\Program Files\BandOfBugs\) and find the "fsall" folder and inside that open up "settings.ini" you can change some things in there. Do this before you launch the game.

Note the loud warning in the settings.ini file. If you get space herpes because you edited this file, it's not our fault!

That said, it's really easy to turn on windowed mode:

change "FullScreen = yes" to "FullScreen = no"

Then if you want to mess with the resolution in which the game runs, you can

change "useDesktopres = yes" to "useDesktopres = no"
and change XScreenRes and YScreenRes to something you like.


So, for example, my settings look like this:

FullScreen = no
Adapter = 1;
useDesktopres = no;
XScreenRes = 1280
YScreenRes = 720

As long as it's not a preexisting condition, it should be fine. Though, there's some kind of post-cure chest-reconstruction surgery that might not be covered 100%.
