OK, we should have it fixed on our end. It was a case of the left hand (meaning me) not telling the right hand what I was doing. All you testers expect an email from me shortly.

Good to know. Now you can bask in the glory that is our database! I'm typing up a quick and dirty "How to enter bugs" essay which everyone should be getting before the end of the day. In the meantime feel free to look around the database and get accustomed to the interface.

Yup. It all works now!
So I was just wondering if we were going to get some guidelines and tips on how to use the database (sorry for my incompetance). I mean - things like "platform" and "build version" I am not entirely sure on what to write and I just wanna understand the things so that I can be of help instead of being an obstacle!

The first email you should have received would be from "bug_noreply". That one may have ended up in your spam folder. The second one I sent from my work address which is jfreston_at_wahoo_dot_com and I would guess that should have just ended up in your inbox.

Edit again: I got the Password Reset email but it doesn't let me log in still.
