But only 1000 GS.
So that leaves it at one achievements for 250 points for any DLC. At least the achievements look fun.

Staticwrap...those aren't even the WORST of the achievements.
Quote: Complete Career Lefty and Righty Beat any song on the expert difficulty with the games sound options turned down to zero Win 15 consecutive Ranked songs online using a standard controller Play through a career on the Hard or Expert difficulty using a standard controller Win 500 Online Ranked matches
That is just DUMB.

Why, in the name of all that is holy, would you EVER play a Guitar Hero game with a standard controller? Isn't that part of the point of the game, that it's supposed to be more like actually rocking out with a real instrument? And this is from someone who plays the real guitar with considerably more skill than she displays with the game.

Oh well, I guess they assume achievements aren't a big deal with gamers.

This kinda proves to me that Neversoft/Activision/RedOctane have no clue and that Rock Band is the game to get this year. Even if I only get it with the drums and use my GH II controller for the guitar parts (and skip the vocals for now).

Can you just use your 360 mic for the vocals, like you could do in Karaoke Revolution? That would seem dumb if they didn't.
Those achievements are horrible. There is an achievement you get by essentially unlocking 3 other achievements. There are several that involve beating Expert, which I will never be able to do.
500 online ranked wins?!?! Are you serious?
I thought GHII had GREAT achievements, because they truly showed your skill. You can tell that I am fairly good at the game, but not amazing. I have beaten Hard, yet can't beat Expert. 1000/1000 only a true guitar hero can achieve, but if you can't get that, the others can get your a pretty good amount of points with some work.

I believe the vocal parts have tambourine sections which you clap out on the mic and that isn't a bad idea considering how many songs have instrumental sections where the vocalist would do basically nothing.
While Rock Band is sounding more and more like the superior game this is a Mtv related product so they will sell you as many accessories and such as possible.
