Why does Easter's date change every year? Why isnt it on the same day every year? Also, who decides what day it is going to be every year?
Sorry, but I though about this the other day and its really been bugging me so I was wondering if anyone knew.

According to Wikipedia, Easter occurs on the first Sunday following a full moon following the northern hemisphere's vernal equinox.
