So...is Bugs continuing apace?
How's it look?
Is it playable already or still just being cobbled together?
Can you talk about any of it yet?
When does your completed submission for that Games Festival have to be sent in?
Is it annoying to get a million questions in a single thread?
What is the capital of Burundi?

In order:

Not really.

Horrible.

One model is finished and 1/4 of a level done.

Just did.

June 6th, 2066.

I enjoy answering them.

Luality.

Bugs of War is slowly making progress. More slowly than we had planned, but still making progress. I had to look up "apace" to make sure I knew what it meant.

It looks great. :)

It's very playable.

We can't talk about it much yet.

I'm not sure about the IGF. Maybe October or November? I think we have to wait to find out if we're finalists or something...

Not as annoying as having somebody else answer them for you. *glares at GameMaster*... :x

The capital of Burundi is Bujumbura, a city with a population of 300,000 and a thriving coffee export business. This had better not be your homework assignment that I'm helping you with.

Thanks for the help, mister. Mrs. Johnson will definitely give me an "A" now!!

No...thankfully I'm done with my "homework days". At least for now.

Progress is good...too bad it's slower than anticipated, but I'm totally a quality over quantity guy so it works out for me. That and the realization that *way* too many games are coming out in the next 3 months that I desperately want to get my hands on.

Keep up the good work all!

BTW, how many different projects are in development at "the Hive"?

Hi everyone. I'm kinda new here, so here I am.

i'd like to know if by any change, some of your 5 projects is headed for the XBLA. I must say i'll buy Kaloki tonight as i enjoyed the demo (sadly i don't like that much your other game), but i like the feeling of your games. So, i hope that something else is on the tube for XBLA ;) (or maybe a retail game for X360)

have a nice day,

Hello Yenaphe,

Yes, we have more games headed toward XBLA. It's a long process, so nothing right away, and we tend not to talk about the details. For example: We have not said that Bugs of War is for XBLA - people just seem to be assuming it is, despite the fact that we do plenty of work for other systems, including PC.

Two of the five wouldn't be Cold Fusion and 2160p TVs?

Just checking...

Haha, I wish. We had to set aside the whole Cold Fusion thing because we're spending so much effort on a complicated research project: figuring out how pulling one kleenex out of the box makes the next one pop up automatically.

Already beat you to that research, Stay. My findings were that there are little tissue gnomes they secretly place in the box that pushes the next tissue up. I observed them with a microscope to find what they did with their time while you are not pulling tissues out, and I found some little Xbox 360's, PS3's (how did they get them before launch?) and Wii's (again, launch). The Xbox 360 was playing various games such as Call of Duty 2, Prey, Perfect Dark Zero, Oblivion, and Gears of War (launch??). This confirms that gnomes prefer FPS's. I even saw some playing Doom, Dig-Dug, Cloning Clyde, Bugs of War (wtflaunch?), and Outpost Kaloki X.

Quite interesting little guys.

There must be some kind of time vortex involved, if they're playing games and systems before they're released. I wonder... is there any chance they could just send us a copy of the completed Bugs of War so we don't have to finish it ourselves?

You can try yelling into your tissue box and see if you get a response.
