Sir Green Day: I'm sorry about the trouble...

I played an online game today and when I left it asked me if I wanted to save. I said "yes". Then when I went to play my solo game, to my supruse it was overwritten by the onlIne game.
The game doesn't ask if you want to save. It asks if you're sure you want to exit without saving. Is that the question you answered "yes" to?

Are you freakIn kidding me?? What brilliant dev thought up this system? There has to be a warning tellIng you that if you save online that your solo game will be overwritten. Even better would be to have seperate save files. 1 for multiplayer and a SEPERATE file for offline games.
As Purplemushroomz points out, there
is a warning about the autosave. And there
are separate save files. You choose when to save. You can have a dozen for online and a dozen for solo, if you like. From your description and complaint about there not being multiple saves, I get the impression that you only used the autosave.
If this is not about your autosave being overwritten, I would very much like to hear the details. Did the game somehow overwrite a manual save, NOT your autosave? That seems unlikely, especially from your comments, but maybe that's what you're saying?
