Well now that the 100% collectables and vial emotes are out in the wild. I see how people are grinding up the leaderboards. Here's a suggestion to keep people playing longterm. How about increasing the carry capacity of the giant permanently by 1 for each completed playthrough? Maybe capping at 5 'upgrades' per scenario, this would boost the 'need to buy' the next scenario and would also reward some of the longer term players. EDIT: Possably flagging the giant with completion flags per save colour, that way you couldn't get the bonus from the same save repeatedly.

On Gears and cannons, yes some wonderful things have been done, but is ~80 gears really enough? Maybe the inventer could have a gear added for 1kdust, 1kmetal?

Cannons add tons of replay value for me. You can still make some pretty sweet music with 80 gears. If you make creative use of the counter feature on cannons, you can really get efficient with cannon reuse. A song using lots of counters can get really complicated but it's extremely satisfying to successfully pull it off.

Dang, that's a great idea... (increasing the giant's carry capacity per playthrough...) I'll have to think about it...

Personally, I'd much prefer the ability to make more gears... if anything. Don't wanna have to create new maps each and every time I want a new song. Would be nice to just go to a section of a map, and have a song play. :wink:
