 Post subject: Issue in Level 48

Help! We are stuck at level 48: Flew the Coop. We are playing 2 player and have both beaten the 69 second time limit for 3 laps on two different occasions after shutting down the game in between (most recent timers at 1:06.34 and 1:07.64). We have also talked to everyone again afterward without restarting our clocks, collected all the Yelklings, eaten them all , etc. Is this a bug or are we missing something? We have noticed a couple other instances of the game hanging. One specifically I remember was when we had to put a boolie on an altar, but the game wouldn't let us pick him up. We shut down the game for the night and came back the next day where it worked. All other instances were resolved by rebooting game, but not this one.

Laura,

I am sorry you are having trouble with this level. If I recall correctly, it did go through test and seemed to work properly. That is, I am not aware of any bugs related to the completion of the level specific to co-op mode. I believe that if both players finish the 3 laps under the specified time, and then return to talk to the Oogani who originaly gave the racing objective, it should complete the level. I'll have the developer who created this level look into it and get back with any more information we can offer soon. Again, sorry for the trouble.

Hey Laura,

This had been tested, and thought to be fully working. Just to make sure i tested it again this morning. I found, i believe, your issue with a work around for you to try. Ooga is checking against spherical checkpoints to decide you are completing the course, and not cheating. We thought we had made them as tight as necessary, and in very safe positions seen here:

(forgive the terrible MSPaint. I don't have photoshop on this computer. Also keep in mind this diagram isn't entirely accurate to the scale of the checkpoints)

When I was able to replicate your issue i did it by double jumping the first lava pit completely avoiding the second sphere, which put you a sphere behind completing a lap. So, as a work around make sure your path takes you through all of those circles. Your best bet is to be as close to the ground as possible there, excluding the falling one, which you will be unable to miss.
